Transactions
Every Securd action is a cross-chain transaction: an XRPL payment to the Axelar gateway, relayed by Axelar and executed on XRPL EVM. Borrows and withdrawals additionally deliver tokens back to the XRPL wallet. The transaction tracker follows each step.
Wallet prompts

Rejecting the first prompt cancels the action: nothing is sent and the account is immediately available for a new action.
Second prompt
For an issued token, the first prompt already sends the tokens. Rejecting the second prompt leaves the transfer waiting for its relay fee. The tracker then displays Top up gas; use it to fund the relay. See Insufficient relay fee.
Transaction tracker
The tracker opens once the wallet has signed. It displays the steps of the action and updates them live.

Once the payment is validated, the tracker links to the XRPL Explorer (the payment), Axelarscan (the relay) and the XRPL EVM Tx (the execution).
Transaction completed successfully indicates a completed action. Transaction failed displays the reason returned by the protocol.
Track in background closes the tracker without affecting the action. The Transaction in progress banner at the top of the Markets page follows the action; View reopens the tracker. The banner persists across page reloads.
One action at a time
One action per account is open at a time. While an action is open, all action buttons display Transaction in progress…. An action that has reached Executed on XRPL EVM and is delivering tokens back to XRPL no longer blocks the next action.
Each action carries a sequence number on the protocol side. A new action can only start once the previous one has executed or has been released. The app enforces this; it is also why a stalled action must be completed with a gas top-up rather than restarted.
Deadlines
Each action carries a deadline, set when the wallet signs. The protocol rejects an action that reaches XRPL EVM after its deadline.

An expired borrow, withdraw or collateral change only loses its relay fee. An expired supply or repay is a failed value transfer: top up a stalled transfer well before its deadline.

Axelarscan shows the progress of a slow relay. The tracker refreshes every few seconds while an action is open.
Insufficient relay fee
The relay fee is quoted at signing time. If the relay is underfunded, for example when Axelar's gas price increased or when the second prompt of an issued-token transfer was not approved, the relay waits for additional gas. After about one minute in this state, the tracker displays:
Axelar reports an insufficient relay fee for this message. Top up its gas — do not resend the action.
Click Top up gas and approve the XRP payment in your wallet. The relay resumes within a few minutes. The button is disabled until Axelar has processed the top-up. The top-up must fit within your spendable XRP.
WARNING
Do not try to resend the action. The original transfer is still queued; a gas top-up is its only recovery path. After two top-ups without effect, the tracker asks you to contact support with the Axelarscan link.
Failed transactions

Failed supply or repay
A supply or repay that is rejected on XRPL EVM is not refunded automatically: the tokens stay at the Axelar gateway until the same message can be executed. Contact support with the Axelarscan link and do not start another action before support has reviewed it. A new action replaces the sequence number the failed message depends on, after which it can no longer be executed.
The app checks each action before signing (registration, market status, amount bounds, borrow limit, available liquidity, trust lines, delivery reserve) so that a rejection on XRPL EVM remains exceptional.
Delivery to your wallet
A borrow or a withdrawal is recorded on XRPL EVM before the tokens are delivered to the XRPL. The delivery fails if the wallet cannot receive the token: no trust line, or a trust line limit too low. The app checks the trust line before signing and offers to open or raise it. See Trust lines. A delivery that fails on the XRPL needs a manual recovery by the bridge operators; contact support with the Axelarscan link.
