FAQ

Wallet and account

Which wallets are supported?

Xaman, Crossmark, GemWallet, and any wallet compatible with WalletConnect. Browser-extension wallets must be installed and unlocked before the page loads.

Do I need an EVM wallet?

No. All actions are signed from your XRPL wallet. Your position is held by a proxy contract on XRPL EVM that only your XRPL account can drive. See Protocol overview.

What does "Registering your wallet" mean?

The first connection of a wallet triggers a one-time registration with the protocol. It completes automatically, usually in under two minutes. See Getting started.

Why does the app say my account is not activated?

Registration requires an XRPL account that holds at least the base reserve (1 XRP). Fund the account, then disconnect and reconnect.

Why is my XRP balance lower in the app than in my wallet?

The app displays spendable XRP: the balance minus the XRPL reserve (1 XRP plus 0.2 XRP per trust line). The reserve is locked by the ledger.

Why does the Wallet column show —?

Your wallet has no trust line to the token. See Trust lines.

Actions

Why are all buttons showing "Transaction in progress…"?

One action per account is open at a time. Follow it from the banner at the top of the Markets page. See Transactions.

Why does the wallet prompt twice?

Supplying or repaying an issued token (USDC.axl, LP token) sends the tokens in one transaction and the relay fee in a second one. See Transactions.

What is the bridge fee?

The fee paid to Axelar to relay the action to XRPL EVM, in XRP. It is quoted in the modal before confirmation. See Parameters and limits.

Why is Supply disabled with "Not enough spendable XRP"?

The amount plus the bridge fee exceeds your balance minus the XRPL reserve. Add XRP or reduce the amount.

What does "Price not available yet" mean?

The protocol cannot price one of the markets you hold, so it cannot evaluate your account. Borrowing and withdrawing are paused until a valid price is available; supplying and repaying remain available. See Health factor and liquidations.

Why is my supply not enabled as collateral?

Supplying does not enable collateral. Enable it from the Supply Markets table with the Collateral button. See Collateral.

Why can't I disable collateral?

Either you have a debt in the same market (Repay this market before exiting collateral), or your remaining collateral would not cover your debt (Exiting this market would create a borrow shortfall). Repay first.

How do I repay my full debt?

Click the Borrowed value in the repay modal, or type the debt as displayed. The payment carries the debt plus 0.1 % to cover interest accrued during the relay; the surplus remains in your proxy. See Repay.

My debt shows 0 but I cannot withdraw my collateral.

A residual debt below the display precision remains, typically interest accrued after a partial repayment. It is displayed with the token's full precision, for example 0.000001 USDC, in the Borrowed column and in the withdraw modal's message. Repay it with the Borrowed value of the repay modal; the wallet must hold at least that amount plus 0.1 %.

Why is the amount rejected for too many digits?

Issued-token amounts are limited to 16 significant digits. Round the amount.

Transactions

My transaction is stuck on "Axelar relay".

Open the Axelarscan link in the tracker. A relay can take several minutes. If the tracker displays Top up gas, top up once and wait. See Transactions.

I clicked "Top up gas" and nothing happens.

The button is disabled until Axelar has processed the top-up. After two top-ups without effect, contact support with the Axelarscan link. Do not restart the action.

I closed the tracker. How do I get it back?

Click View on the Transaction in progress banner at the top of the Markets page. The banner persists across reloads.

What happens if I reject the transaction in my wallet?

Rejecting the first prompt sends nothing; the account is immediately available for a new action. For an issued token, the first prompt already sends the tokens: rejecting the second prompt leaves the transfer waiting for its relay fee, and the tracker displays Top up gas. See Transactions.

The tracker says "Transaction failed".

The protocol rejected the action on XRPL EVM; the tracker displays the reason. A failed borrow, withdrawal or collateral change only loses its relay fee. A failed supply or repay leaves the tokens at the Axelar gateway: contact support with the Axelarscan link and do not start another action until support has reviewed it. See Transactions.

LP tokens

Which LP tokens are accepted?

The LP tokens of the markets listed in Supply Markets. See LP tokens as collateral.

Can I borrow LP tokens?

No. LP markets are collateral-only.

Why can't I withdraw my LP tokens?

An AMM deposit creates the LP trust line with a limit of 0, so nothing can be delivered to it. The withdraw modal offers to raise the limit in one transaction. See Trust lines.

Why do the oracle price and the DEX value differ on the LP Prices page?

The oracle price is the DEX value minus the haircut. The difference is expected. See LP Prices.

What does "Market not open yet" mean?

The market is listed on-chain but not available in the app yet.

USDC

Which USDC does Securd accept?

USDC.axl, issued by the Axelar gateway (rfmS3zqrQrka8wVyhXifEeyTwe8AMz2Yhw). Circle USDC (rGm7WCVp9gb4jZHWTEtGUr4dd74z2XuWhE) is a different token and is not accepted.

I sent Circle USDC to the Axelar gateway.

The app never builds such a payment. A manual payment of Circle USDC to the gateway bridges to a different token on XRPL EVM and cannot be recovered. See Trust lines.

Securd is a lending protocol on XRPL EVM. Lending carries risk: read the Risks page.
